76 Year Old Union Rule Changed
Barack Hussein Obama's National Mediation Board announced a change to a 76-year-old rule on union elections. For 76 years the rule has been that if a union wants to organize a company governed by the Railway Labor Act they would have to get the approval of the majority of the workers.
