Sotomayor Has Made Racist Statements



Some Republicans appear afraid of a debate with the nomination of Sonia Sotomayor as a Supreme Court Justice. These Republicans are afraid because Sotomayor is the first Hispanic ever nominated for the Supreme Court.

Conservative Republicans want an open and honest debate on Sotomayor's nomination. Judge Sotomayor has made statements that have racist connotations and would disqualify her to be a juror at a trial. These and other issues need to be thoroughly investigated before some of these Republicans capitulate on Sotomayor's nomination
