Gasoline prices have never been higher this time of the year. In some places in LA, $4.93 cents a gallon. They've never been higher. There is a story, it hasn't gotten much play. Ron Paul apparently has, for some of his flights over the course of years, his air transportation, he has been reimbursed by two entities, private donors and the government. And apparently he's kept both in some instances, and one of the donors found out about it, called him on it, wanted a check back, and it's reported, anyway, that Ron Paul said, "Ah, no big deal, it happens all the time." But it did cause a fallout between an early Ron Paul supporter...cont...

Under Mitt Romney's new tax there will not be a significant reduction. It accepts this 1%, 99% premise that Barack Obama has put forth in his class envy scheme, but apparently Romney's advisers think that there is ground to be gained with the 99% by portraying himself as being on their side and against the 1% in this climate, with Occupy out there...more...
