Socialist Attorney General Eric Holder who in the waning days of the Clinton administration helped acquire pardons for terrorist now thinks attorneys who helped save America from terrorists should be disbarred. When asked about releasing classified memos he said, "Ultimately I will be judged as Commander in Chief on how safe I'm keeping the American people."While Obama was in Trinidad Sen. John Ensign (R-NV) said, "It was a irresponsible for the President to be seen kind of laughing and joking with Hugo Chavez, the anti-American president of Venezuela." Being dismissive of his critic Obama responded, "It's unlikely that as a consequence of me shaking hands or having a polite conversation with Mr. Chavez that we are endangering the strategic interests of the United States."

Under this budget the federal government's spending will equal 28.5% of the economy, the highest level since World War II. The budget contains $1.9 trillion in tax increases, including a national energy tax that will cost every household up to $3,128 and increased energy bills. The Liberal Democrat budget explodes the national debt with $9.3 trillion in deficit spending over the next 10 years. Foreign purchasers of our debt are starting to balk. The Federal Reserve is printing money to pay for these commitments. That is hardly a new era of responsibility.

Judge Jay Bybee committed a moral crime. His crime was signing a legal memo on fighting terrorism after the 9/11 terror attacks. Memos that from all information available helped to save American lives.

The socialist Barack Hussein Obama released classified memos to our enemies. The socialist Democrats will do anything in an attempt to embarrass President Bush. This includes releasing classified information to our enemies.

Senator Claire McCaskill (D-MO) while on "Fox News Sunday", told Chris Wallace that impeachment should be on the table for Judge Bybee, who holds an appointment on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
